One year after the start of RECROSSES project, several goals have been achieved. Here are some summaries!
In this video, Arch Stefano Dotta of Environment Park, coordinator of the project, talks about the importance of the One-Stop Shops to the development of RECs on the cross-border territory, while Hugo Berard, from the French partner Asder, in this video shows the effectiveness of RECROSSES’ support for RECs.
RECROSSES involves a team of six Italian and French partners and aims to contribute to the decarbonisation of the Italian-French cross border territory ALCOTRA, increasing small and medium-sized renewable energy plants, through the creation and development of Renewable Energy Communities (RECs).
Reports were produced within the project and made available on the project website
The first report covers “Cross-border methodology for communication for REC member involvement“ and describes methods of involving SMEs, local authorities and the public in project areas to encourage creation, management and sustainability of RECs.
The second document, “Cross-border economic and administrative governance models for RECs“ identifies the economic and administrative governance models that can be applied in both territories to promote the creation and management of RECs.
In the third report “Cross-border methodology for ERC project sizing“ the scope of action of the RECs is defined by identifying the types of producers and their energy renewable plants and the types of consumers and their profiles that can be included in a local energy sharing project.
