On the occasion of the second public announcement of interest, on 3 February at 11.00 the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola hosts a meeting to promote the GASLESS project for its municipalities.
Region of Piedmont has published the second call for expressions of interest for technical assistance to define energy upgrading projects for public buildings within the framework of the European project GASLESS, coordinated by Region of Piedmont and which has as partners ENVIRONMENT Park SpA, PR.I.S.MA scrl and SCR Piemonte.
The notice is addressed to entities such as municipalities, unions of municipalities and provinces of the areas of Novara, Vercelli, Verbano Cusio Ossola and Biella, which can participate in a single or associated form, Expressing interest in the technical assistance services provided by the GASLESS project.
The following services will be available free of charge for the energy upgrading of public buildings:
- support administrative procedures;
- preliminary technical analysis on buildings;
- energy audits;
- financial analysis;
- definition of calls for tenders;
- management of competitions.

The interested entity will have to cooperate by providing initially data and details on energy consumption and geometric characteristics of the buildings it intends to apply for. Following a preliminary technical analysis of the buildings, the entities whose buildings will be selected and considered suitable from a technical, economic and administrative point of view for their energy upgrading, will benefit from the free technical assistance service.
